Hello! Thank you so much for visiting my blog. I have wanted to do this for such a long time! My name is Elle, I’m a mum of three, ex-teacher of 15 years, writer and home educator to my middle child Amber.

Being a mum is the best job in the world but its also the hardest! It’s so varied and there’s no training! You are a carer, teacher, chef, cleaner, mediator, PA, admin assistant, finance officer and the list continues. I’ve always found it so helpful to look online for other peoples ideas and suggestions to make my life easier and now I want to do the same for others.

My favourite thing in the world is spending time with my family, going on fun days out, enjoying meals together, improving our home and travelling. I love to have a plan! I’m always thinking of new ideas and want to use this blog to share them with others. Being savvy with money also underpins everything that I do. I love a bargain or a cheaper way of doing something!
